Welcome to ribbonandrevel.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this Site or to make a purchase.

Products

We sell hand-tied fabric streamers, made to order in our Fort Worth, Texas studio. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to fabric texture and monitor calibration. We do our best to represent every colorway accurately.

Orders + payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Stocked items typically ship within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order custom strands ship within 5–7 business days. Add the rush-make option to expedite.

Custom + made-to-order items

Items configured via our Custom Builder, plus any product tagged "made-to-order," are produced specifically for you and are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Rentals

Local rentals (Fort Worth metro, within 30 miles of 76107) are quoted per event. A signed rental agreement is required before the event date. Damage beyond normal wear may incur additional charges; full terms are included in your rental agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Ribbon and Revel or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimers + limitation of liability

The Site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ribbon and Revel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
