Stocked orders carry a 14-day return window from delivery — items must be unused, and the buyer covers return shipping. Custom palettes, Premium and Heirloom builds, and ceiling installs are final sale (we're cutting and tying to your spec, so we can't restock them).

Need to cancel? Stocked orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; custom orders within 12 hours. After that we're already on it.
