It started at a middle school dance.
I tied a streamer for my daughter's middle school dance — and three different parents pulled me aside to ask who made it. The next morning I had three commissions.
About Ribbon and Revel
Ribbon and Revel makes hand-tied streamers for the moments worth slowing down for. Built in our studio, one strand at a time.

I tied a streamer for my daughter's middle school dance — and three different parents pulled me aside to ask who made it. The next morning I had three commissions.
Every strand is cut, layered, and knotted onto a hand-finished spine — white cotton twine as standard, with natural jute rope and raw linen cord available for a more textural read. No glue, no staples, no shortcuts.
Fort Worth, Texas. Light from the south-facing windows, a wall of fabric bolts, and the dog by the door. Local rentals delivered ourselves.
"I want the table to look like someone was thinking about you before you got there."

How a streamer gets made
From palette to packaged in 5–7 business days. Add the rush make if your party is sooner.

Each material is cut to length on the studio table. About 30 strips per 6 ft strand.

Strips are sorted by colorway and prepped in the order they'll be tied.

Hand-tied to your chosen spine — about 30 knots in a 6 ft strand.

Trimmed, photographed, folded into tissue, and boxed for shipping from our Fort Worth studio.
